With the advantage of being able to heat an area evenly, quickly and with very little of the surface relying on radiated heat, mica pad heaters are versatile in the type of use and application and can be manufactured to virtually any particular size and shape from rectangle to triangle.
 
These elements have a temperature range from 500� (muscovite) to 600� (philogopite) and can be manufactured to suit most wattages and voltages. Mica pad heaters are supplied with a standard 12'' tail which can be either between or through the plates at a point suitable to your application and are manufactured to your specified wattage and voltage (size permitting). They can also be manufactured as self adhesive for direct mounting depending on the temperature required.
